Project Food Pak

What if our church still isn’t meeting together because of Covid-19? At Children’s Hunger Fund, we know many congregations are struggling to find ways to meet and serve together while staying socially distanced. Through Project Food Pak, your church can still reach children in need with the hope of the gospel by filling Food Pak boxes from home, using drive-through pick-up and drop-off, and even sharing costs so multiple families can participate in mercy ministry during the pandemic.

At Children’s Hunger Fund, we love helping local churches get involved in mercy ministry by connecting them with families impacted by poverty through Project Food Pak. When your church fills Food Paks, you are putting food into the hands of under-resourced churches serving some of America’s poorest communities, opening the door for meaningful relationships and the hope of the gospel. We at Children’s Hunger Fund know why food matters: God cares deeply about the hungry and those in need, and Scripture—from His provision for Adam and Eve and Israel in the wilderness to Jesus feeding the 5,000 and 4,000—shows that food is a tangible expression of His mercy and provision. Through Food Paks and church partners, we provide food so that local pastors and believers can point children and families not only to daily bread, but to the greater feast to come and to Christ, the ultimate provider of true Life.
