Ukraine Relief Efforts: How Children’s Hunger Fund Delivers Gospel‑Centered Hope Across Ukraine and Eastern Europe

Children’s Hunger Fund’s Ukraine relief efforts are delivering hope to suffering children by equipping local churches for gospel-centered mercy ministry across Ukraine, Romania, Poland, and Moldova. Through partners like Slavic Gospel Association, Mission Eurasia, and Kishinev Bible Church Ministries, emergency relief grants, Food Paks, Meal Paks, and iCare food packages are providing hundreds of thousands of meals, vital resources, and opportunities to share God’s love and the life-saving power of the gospel with refugees, internally displaced families, and war-torn communities from Mykolaiv to Mariupol and beyond. Stories from pastors like Vladimir and Sergei, children like Kateryna and Oksana, and donors like six-year-old Charley in Georgia testify to God’s faithfulness, as local Christians risk their safety to serve on the frontlines, pray with those in bomb shelters, and offer both physical relief and spiritual comfort amid ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

Since 2015, this Mercy Center outreach has extended even to Ukrainian war refugees, as Romanian ministry workers drive hours to deliver food and share hope across the border.
