Whether you’re just joining the party or you’ve been wondering about them in silence, let us introduce you to our favorite little boxes!
A Coin Pak is a small version of our Food Pak that you can fill with coins or dollar bills. Each quarter donated provides one meal to a child who needs it. We know you want to make a difference in the lives of children around the world, so we created these specifically for you! With just a box and some coins, you can put food on someone’s table.
Do you have questions? We thought you might. Read on…we have answers!
Who can fill Coin Paks?
Anyone! Yes, that includes YOU! Whether you’re near one of CHF’s distribution centers or not, you can participate. It’s a fun and simple project for individuals, families, school groups, Bible studies, corporate offices, dance troupes, and drum circles.
How does it work?
Visit the Project Coin Pak page here to register for as many Coin Paks as you’d like! We will send you your Coin Paks, then all you have to do is fill them. When you are done collecting, you can add up your total and donate online here. In this video, our friend Katie tells you more!
How does 25¢ provide one meal?
Each Food Pak costs $12 to fill, and will generally hold 48 meals. This means each meal costs close to 25¢ to provide.
How much money does one Coin Pak hold?
That is entirely up to you! On average, when filled with only coins, one can hold between $10-$20. But we have seen some come through with up to $500 inside! No matter how much you include, you can impact someone’s life.
Well? What are you waiting for? Sign up to join Project Coin Pak today, and let’s see how many meals you can deliver!
